User Agreement

Article One - Introduction and Definitions:

Article Two - User's legal capacity:

2. The user agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation before others.

Article Four - Controls for using (store name):

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

4. When using Tan Tin, you commit to using it seriously and honestly.

5. You are committed to disclosing true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with (Tin Ten) and you are committed to updating your data if it changes in reality or in the event of the need to do so.

6. Tan Tin is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.

7. If it becomes clear to (TinTin) that you have disclosed information that is not true, incorrect, not current, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of what is stated in the User Agreement, (TinTen) has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership or Your store and your account on the platform, without harming the rights of other Tintin and its legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting other users.

8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, Tanten management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership, or block you from accessing Tanten services again.

Article Six - Electronic communications and official means of communication:

1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication takes place via the email registered on the platform.

2. The user agrees that all agreements, declarations, data and other communications provided to him electronically substitute their written counterparts, and are a stand-alone argument, in meeting legal and legal needs.

3. The user agrees to the possibility of communicating with him and informing him of any provisions pertaining to this agreement or relating to dealing with him through the (TinTin) administration broadcasting general messages received to all users or to specific users of (TinTin).

Article Seven - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees:

1. Tan Tin may notify you of any amendment to this agreement according to the official means of communication under this agreement, according to which your obligations will be doubled or your rights will be diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to this agreement.

2. In the event of objection to any amendment to the Terms of Use, (TinTen) hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in (TinTin) or your use of (TinTen) constitutes your acceptance of the amendments and a complete and complete agreement free of ignorance, and you accept (Tin Tin) Discussion of any proposal regarding these provisions.

3. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform in addition to any other expenses added by (TinTin), provided that payment is made by the approved, specified and available means through (TinTen).

4. Tan Tin may impose fees on some users, depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.

5. Tan Tin reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses in accordance with the articles, terms and provisions of the User Agreement, to any of the users, regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight - Payment and billing services for stores in (store name):

1. (TinTen) provides, through its partners, a payment system for (TinTen) which can be done entirely online through the payment options available on (TinTen) or through any payment method provided by (TinTen) from time to time.

2. Tintin is committed to setting the price of the service or product that he displays in his store according to the recognized market value.

3. (Tin Tin) is committed to providing invoices, receipt vouchers, and receipt vouchers for all amounts and profits that arise in his store, and is committed to giving the user the invoice for his purchase of a service or product (Tan Tin).

4. Tintin is committed to providing generally accepted accounting specifications in his online store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and because of the legal, economic, commercial and regulatory interests of this organization.

Article 9 - Your personal information and transaction details information:

1. The user acknowledges that he grants (TinTin) an unlimited, global, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and licensed right to use information or personal materials or otherwise provided by (TinTen) platform or announced on the platform through Your joining or use of it, through the designated forms for communication and registration, or via any electronic message or any of the communication channels available on the platform. This is with the aim of achieving any of the interests that the platform sees.

2. The provisions for the confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of Tan Tin’s “Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information,” and the provisions contained in this agreement related to the confidentiality of information.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property:

1. The intellectual property rights of (TinTin) are fully owned by (TinTin), whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.

2. The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Tintin, including Tintin itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of Tintin or displayed on Tintin, as Tintin, Every right associated with (TinTin) is the complete intellectual property rights of (TinTin).

Article Eleven - Liability of (store name):

1. Tintin is committed to conducting his commercial business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

2. (TinTen) does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, or accidentally, or by the user, or by a third party such as shipping companies.

3. Tan Tin, its employees, owners, and their representatives are committed to ensuring that the product or service is sound, legal, authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and used for legitimate purposes.

Article Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:

1. Tan Tin takes standards (tangible, organizational and technical) to protect users and prevent unauthorized persons from accessing and storing users’ personal information.

2. You, as a user, acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be guaranteed 100% through (TinTen).

3. (TinTen) has no control over the actions of any third party, or third parties, such as other Internet pages linked through links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.

4. You know and agree that (TinTen) may use your information that you provided to it, for the purpose of providing services to you at (TinTin), and to send you marketing messages, and that privacy at (TinTin) controls the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identification information. Information confidentiality rules are governed by Tintin's "Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy".

Article Thirteen - Restricting Access or Membership:

Tan Ten may suspend or cancel the user's membership or restrict the user's access to the platform services at any time, without warning, for any reason, and without limitation.

Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by (Tin Tin) within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.

2. In order to replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. Tan Tin has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer has no right to replace the product in the following cases:

· If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

· If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

· If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered literature.

· If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.

· If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation, or feeding services.

· If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

Article Fifteen - Return Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him by (Tin Tin) within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right to that product after the seven days have passed.

2. To return the product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. Tan Tin has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer has no right to return the product in the following cases:

· If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

· If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered literature.

· If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.

· If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation, or feeding services.

· If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

4. If the provisions of the aforementioned return policy are met; The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product to Tan Tin with a refund of the amount paid.

Article Sixteen - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This User Agreement is governed and formulated in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Seventeen - General Provisions:

· In the event that any contained material or clause contained in this Terms of Use is cancelled, or if there is any contained material or any clause contained in the Terms of Use that is no longer effective, such an order does not negate the validity of the remaining materials, terms and provisions contained in the Terms of Use and they remain in effect until notice. 3. The promotional or marketing offers that (TinTin) may place are temporary offers, as (TinTin) has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

4. The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the legal rules, regulations and applicable laws related to the nature of the dealing between (store name) and the user.

5. This usage agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by Tan Tin management.
